The application relates to the issue of shares under the Company's performance share plan which was approved by the Company's shareholders in December 2007. The Remuneration Committee has resolved that the performance conditions attaching to the awards have been satisfied.\n \nThe 543,397 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares. Dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence at 8 a.m. on 15 July 2014.
