[{"type":"text","content":"\n Gleeson(M J)Group PLC\n10 April 2006\n\n\n\nMJ GLEESON GROUP PLC (the 'Company')\n\n10 April 2006\n\n\nAmended - Blocklisting and Issue of Equity\n\n\nThe following announcement replaces RNS Number: 2067B issued at 12:48 on 7 April\n2006.\n\n\nThe Company has applied to the FSA for the Blocklisting of 815,250 shares\nhowever the Company has only applied for 385,000 under the MJ Gleeson Group\nExecutive Share Option Scheme (1991), not 385,250 as erroneously stated. The\nfull text of the amended document follows below.\n\n\n\nThe shares MJ Gleeson Group Executive Share Option Scheme (1997)\n\nThe Company has applied to the UK Listing Authority for the admission of 40,000\nordinary 2p shares, which were issued pursuant to the exercise of staff share\noptions, to be admitted to the Official List, and to trading on the London Stock\nExchange.\n\nThese shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the\nCompany and dealings are expected to commence on 12 April 2006.
