Prior to this, he held senior financial positions at Novar, Exel, British Gas and Hambros Bank both in the UK and overseas. In these roles Tim has been responsible for a wide range of strategic, operational and corporate finance projects. Tim is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.\n \nA joining date for Tim has not yet been finalised. Jeremy Townsend, the current Finance Director, will leave the company on 31 August.\n \nAdam Fowle, Chief Executive, commented on the appointment: \"We are delighted to welcome Tim to the Board.
