The Annual Report contains the notice of its Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") to be held on 30 June 2023 at the offices of Osborne Clarke LLP, 6th Floor, One London Wall, London, EC2Y 5EB  and has been sent with a Form of Proxy.\n \nThese documents are also available on the Company's website: www.mirriadplc.com/investor-relations/reports-and-documents\n \nThe Company's two non-independent Non-Executive Directors, Alastair Kilgour and Lois Day, have also informed the Company that they will step down as directors upon conclusion of the AGM. As a result Alastair Kilgour and Lois Day will not be standing for re-election at the Company's AGM.
