(TSXV: MRZ; Frankfurt:\nWKN:AOF4Z5; M8R) wishes to correct certain erroneous information which has\nbeen publicly reported in connection with the completion of a $2.0 million\nnon-brokered private placement on May 22, 2007.\n\n\nDocumentation was filed by the Company with the TSX Venture Exchange (the\n"Exchange") which incorrectly states the beneficial owners of Talman Alliance\nSA and Sihl Investments. This erroneous information was publicly reported,\nwithout the knowledge of the Company, by a major media service in a release\nissued on May 23, 2007. In fact, Talman Alliance SA is owned by Resource\nProject Partners 1 Ltd., a non-registered BVI fund vehicle, and Sihl\nInvestments is owned by Erwin Speckert, Swiss resident.\n\n\nThe Company hereby retracts the erroneous information and confirms that\namended documentation has been filed with the Exchange.
