(TSXV: MSR) (\"Minsud\" or the \"Company\")  wishes to provide an update to shareholders regarding the impact of the ongoing strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers on the delivery of the Company's proxy-related materials for its annual and special meeting of shareholders (the \"Meeting\").\nThe Meeting, originally scheduled for October 21, 2025, was rescheduled to November 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time) to allow additional time for the delivery of materials affected by the postal strike. The Meeting will be held at the offices of the Company's legal counsel, Miller Thomson LLP, Scotia Plaza, 40 King Street West, Suite 6600, Toronto, Ontario M5H 3S1, as originally disclosed in the management information circular dated September 15, 2025 (the \"Circular\").\nWhile rotating strikes and service disruptions continue, mail delivery has partially resumed, and the Company completed the mailing of proxy-related materials today, October 16, 2025.\nAs a result of the strike and the possibility that mailed materials may not be received by shareholders in a timely manner, Minsud is relying on the temporary relief available to reporting issuers pursuant to CSA Coordinated Blanket Order 51-932 – Temporary Exemption from Requirements in National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations and National Instrument 54-101 Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer (the \"Blanket Order\").\nAccordingly, the Company is advising shareholders that they will be asked to consider and vote on the following matters described in the Circular:\nto receive and consider the audited financial statements of the Corporation for the year ended December 31, 2024, together with the auditor's report;to elect the members of the Board of Directors for the ensuing year;to appoint the auditors of the Company for the ensuing year;to ...
