("Virgin Metals" or\nthe "Company") is pleased to announce that management of the Company and the\ndissident shareholders came to a resolution on the composition of the board of\ndirectors of the Company prior to the commencement of the shareholder meeting\ntoday. The mutually agreed slate of directors, which was approved by the\nshareholders of the Company at the meeting, are the following seven\nindividuals: Lucas Ewart, Darren Koningen, Rick Adams, Borys Chabursky, Chris\nDavie, Bruce Higson-Smith and David Winfield. All of the other matters on the\nagenda for the meeting were approved by shareholders.\n\n\nThe new board of directors looks forward to updating shareholders on the\nprogress of the Company in the coming weeks.\n\n\nAbout Virgin Metals\n\n\nVirgin Metals is a junior exploration and development company; its\nprojects include two copper-molybdenum porphyry properties in Sonora, northern\nMexico.
