("Virgin Metals" or\nthe "Company") is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of the\nCompany has appointed Lucas Ewart as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.\nVirgin Metals' previous CEO, Chris Davie, has agreed to stay on in the role of\nPresident on terms to be defined after finalization of the termination\nagreement he has entered into with respect to his previous consulting\nagreement with the Company. In the termination agreement, Chris Davie has\nagreed to waive a termination payment.\n\n\nThe new management of the Company and the newly appointed board of\ndirectors look forward to updating shareholders on the progress of the Company\nin the coming weeks.\n\n\nAbout Virgin Metals\n\n\nVirgin Metals is a junior exploration and development company; its\nprojects include two copper-molybdenum porphyry properties in Sonora, northern\nMexico.
