This figure of\n 161,395,191\n Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.\n \n \n The Ordinary Shares are relevant securities of Pires Investments plc for the purposes of Rule 8 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the \"Code\").\n \n \n In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the Code, Pires confirms that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 161,395,191 Ordinary Shares of nominal value 0.25 pence each in issue with ISIN GB00BD07SH45.
