Mindflair plc (AIM: MFAI), the company investing in next generation technology focused on AI, announces that a Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders of the Company, convening a meeting to be held at the offices of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe (UK) LLP, 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN on 27 September 2024 at 10.30 am.
