[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n27 July 2023\n \nMind Gym plc\n(\"Mind Gym\" or the \"Company)\n \nGrant of Awards under the Long Term Incentive Plan\n \nMind Gym announces that on 26 July 2023 it has made awards to the Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) set out below over ordinary shares of 0.001 pence each in the Company (\"Shares\") under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (\"LTIP\"). In accordance with the LTIP rules, awards to PDMRs based in the UK are in the form of nil-cost options and awards to PDMRs in the US are in the form of restricted stock. The vesting period for all awards is three years and they are exercisable up to the tenth anniversary of the award date or earlier if the Board decide otherwise.
