[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n 9 May 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Midwich Group plc\n \n \n \n \n (\"Midwich\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n AGM statement\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Midwich Group (AIM: MIDW), a global specialist audio visual (\"AV\") distributor to the trade market\n , will hold its Annual General Meeting at \n 10.00am\n today at the Group's head office in Diss.\n \n \n \n \n \n At the meeting Andrew Herbert, Chairman, will make the following statement:\n \n \n \n \n \n \"Whilst the Pro AV market recovered strongly in 2021, it remained below pre-pandemic levels.
