Cosgrove, Jr., and Vaughn L. McKoy (all Class III Directors) and each to a three-year term. Shareholders also approved a non-binding advisory resolution approving the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers; approved by non-binding advisory vote, a one-year frequency of the shareholder vote to approve named executive officer compensation; and ratified the Audit Committee’s selection of Baker Tilly US, LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023.
