(NASDAQ: MPB), has received approval from the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to open a new full-service retail branch in Hazle Township, Luzerne County, at 1215 North Church Street. \n Mid Penn expects to open the branch in December 2019 once renovations are completed.
