Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of SaaS based transport technology solutions to fleet operators, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2024 and the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at: https://www.microlise.com/investors/

The AGM will be held at 9:00am (BST) on 28 May 2025 at Microlise's head office at Farrington Way, Eastwood, Nottingham, NG16 3AG.

Dividend Timetable

As announced in the results for the year ended 31 December 2024 on 27 March 2025, the Board are recommending the payment of a final dividend for FY24 of 1.24 pence per ordinary share. Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid on 27 June 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 June 2025.
