Microlise Group plc (AIM: SAAS), a leading provider of SaaS based transport technology solutions to fleet operators, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2025 and the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website at: https://www.microlise.com/investors/

The AGM will be held at 9:00am (BST) on 24 June 2026 at Microlise's head office at Farrington Way, Eastwood, Nottingham, NG16 3AG.

Dividend Timetable

As announced in the results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on 14 May 2026, the Board are recommending the payment of a final dividend for FY25 of 1.30 pence per ordinary share. Subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid on 24 July 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 3 July 2026.
