(TSX: MBX),\n today announced receipt of a notice from the United States Patent and\n Trademark Office, allowing all claims of its first pending U.S. patent\n application for LumiSort™ sperm sexing technology for the livestock\n industries. Microbix' LumiSort eliminates the speed and quality\n barriers that have limited the production and use of sex-sorted sperm,\n and promises to bring fundamental change to reproductive biology for\n the livestock industries, with large-market impact in the dairy and\n beef sectors worldwide.
