Microbix announces update on vaccine technology

TORONTO, Sept. 8 /CNW/ - Microbix Biosystems Inc (TSX:MBX) announced
today that the Company has ceased negotiations with the previously announced
vaccine manufacturer currently evaluating Microbix' yield enhancement
technology.
The Company is seeking to commercialize a viable vaccine yield
enhancement process that can be integrated into a vaccine supplier's
commercial manufacturing process.
Microbix believes its novel process significantly improves manufacturing
yields in vaccine production. The Company continues to generate compelling
data proving the efficacy of the technology in an ongoing program to continue
toward its commercialization.
