He is replacing James A. His extensive experience in financial governance, external\nreporting, audit, tax, financing, product licensing and mergers & acquisitions\nwill strengthen and broaden the knowledge base already in place at Microbix.\"\n\n\nMr. Embro-Pantalony has a BA in Economics from Wilfred Laurier\nUniversity, an MBA from the University of Windsor and is a Certified\nManagement Accountant. He has also completed the Executive Program at\nPrinceton University.
