[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 3 April 2023\n \n \n \n Michelmersh Brick Holdings Plc\n \n \n \n (\"MBH\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n Total Voting Rights - 31 March 2023\n \n \n \n For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (\"DTRs\"), the Company's issued share capital as at 31 March 2023 consisted of 95,903,579 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company\n (\"Ordinary Shares\")\n , of which 237,000 Ordinary Shares were held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company was 95,666,579.\n \n \n The above figure of 95,666,579 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the DTRs.\n \n \n The Company made purchases of 21,000 and 24,000 Ordinary Shares on the 30 March 2023 and 31 March 2023 respectively.
