[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7006U Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC 01 April 2019 \n\n01 April 2019\nMichelmersh Brick Holdings PLC\n(\"Michelmersh\" or the \"Company\")\nPosting of Annual Report & Notice of Annual General Meeting\n \nMichelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM:MBH.L), the specialist brick manufacturer, announces that it has posted its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2018 to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") to be held at 10.30am on Tuesday 14 May 2019 at 6 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3BF.\nThe Board has proposed a final dividend of 2.14 pence per share. The Board has also proposed that, subject to the necessary approval by shareholders at the forthcoming AGM, shareholders will be offered an opportunity to elect to receive dividends in the form of new shares in the capital of Michelmersh in lieu of cash in respect of the proposed final dividend.\nShareholders should be aware that payment of the final dividend will, subject to the necessary approval by shareholders at the forthcoming AGM, be paid on 28 June 2019 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 24 May 2019; the ex-dividend date will be 23 May 2019.
