It was also announced that Martin Warner, who held this role, would become Deputy Chairman whilst remaining an Executive Director. The Group is pleased to confirm that these board changes came into effect on the proposed date. \n \nEric Gadsden, Chairman, commented: \"Once again, on behalf of the Group I would like to thank Martin for all his commitment and endeavour which has made MBH the highly regarded business it is today.
