[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5286C Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC 18 June 2019 \n\n18 June 2019\nMichelmersh Brick Holdings PLC\n(\"Michelmersh\" or the \"Company\")\nApplication for Listing: Scrip Dividend\nMichelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM: MBH.L), the specialist brick manufacturer, today announces that in connection with the scrip dividend alternative proposed for the final dividend of 2.14 pence per ordinary share of 20 pence each (\"Ordinary Share\") the Company has received valid elections from shareholders resulting in a requirement to issue 415,641 new Ordinary Shares (\"New Shares\").\nThe Company has therefore made application for the New Shares to be issued in connection with the scrip dividend to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). The New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with existing Ordinary Shares, and it is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on or around 28 June 2019.\nFollowing Admission, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will comprise 92,481,288 Ordinary Shares, of which none are held in treasury.
