The Ordinary Shares were placed at the Placing Price of 45 pence per share. \n \nThe Additional Placing Shares will be issued pursuant to authorities being sought by the Company at its General Meeting on 16 December 2013 and the additional placing is therefore conditional on the approval of such authorities.
