MONTREAL, Jan. 12, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Journalists are invited to attend Metro's Annual Shareholders Meeting and a news briefing after the meeting adjourns. During the meeting, Metro will discuss various subjects and will present the results for the first quarter of fiscal 2017.

Journalists who wish to attend the Annual Meeting must register at the "Media" table. Question period is for shareholders only.
