Publication of Annual Report and Accounts
Metir plc (AIM: MET), the leading global provider of mobile and point-of-use water and environmental testing technology, today provides an update on the expected publication date of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 (the "FY24 Accounts").
Whilst there are no unforeseen accounting issues, the audit of the Company's FY24 Accounts has been delayed, primarily due to the increased time required for accounting notes and disclosures under IFRS arising from the change from a single company in 2023 to a Group structure in 2024. As a result, Metir will not publish its FY24 Accounts by close of business today, 30 June 2025, being the effective deadline for publication under the AIM Rules for Companies. Consequently, the Company's shares are expected to be suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 7.30 a.m. on 1 July 2025, pending publication of the FY24 Accounts.
The Company expects to publish its FY24 Accounts in the coming days, no later than 4 July 2025. A further announcement will be made in due course.
