Metir plc (AIM: MET), the leading global provider of mobile and point-of-use water and environmental testing technology, announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") is now available on the Company's website at https://www.metirplc.com/investors/#documents.

The Notice of AGM will be posted to shareholders shortly, together with the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and Form of Proxy for voting at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The Company will hold its AGM at the offices of Turner Pope Investments (TPI) Limited (the Company's joint broker) at 3 Queen Street, London, W1J 5PA on 12 August 2025 at noon.
