Result of General Meeting
Metals One Plc announced that all resolutions proposed at its General Meeting were passed, including those related to the issue of Ordinary Shares to the Metals One Plc Employee Benefit Trust and directors' authority to issue shares. The resolutions passed with significant support, with Resolution 1 receiving 81.8% of votes in favour, Resolution 2 receiving 78.7%, and Resolution 3 receiving 79.1%.
