Result of AGM
Metals One (AIM: MET1), a minerals exploration and development company with key interests in uranium and gold projects, announces that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today were duly passed. The resolution re-electing Winton Willesee as a director was withdrawn from the meeting following his resignation from the Board as announced on 2 July 2025.
