(TSX.V: MQM; OTCQB: MQMIF) is\npleased to announce the acquisition of the\n \n\n ROF-1 Project\n \n\n (Ring of Fire Project 1)\n \n\n , a district-scale critical-minerals project totaling\n \n\n 1,034 claim cells (~20,800 ha,\n~52,000 acres)\n \n\n in the Ring of Fire, Northern\nOntario. This acquisition represents a\n \n\n first step\n \n\n in\n \n\n MQM\n \n\n ’s\nexpanding Ring of Fire strategy.\n \n\n\n\n The ROF-1 Project is strategically located\napproximately\n \n\n 10 km from Wyloo\nMetals’ Eagle’s Nest nickel-copper-PGE deposit\n \n\n , as well as the\n \n\n Black Thor chromite deposit\n \n\n and the\n \n\n McFaulds VMS trend\n \n\n . Future exploration work will aim to assess the geological\npotential for similar styles of mineralization on the newly acquired\nclaims.\n \n\n The presence of mineralization on\nadjacent or nearby properties is not necessarily indicative of\nmineralization on the ROF-1 Project.\n \n\n\n\n Wyloo, an Australian Company, is developing the\nEagle’s Nest Project and other high‑grade\n \n\n critical‑mineral\n \n\n assets in northern Ontario’s Ring of Fire region, aiming to deliver\nsustainable nickel, copper and PGE resources.\n \n\n\n\n Wyloo is a private mining company focused on critical\nminerals and battery‑relevant metals. In Australia, it operates\nhigh‑grade nickel mines in Western Australia and holds a majority\nstake in the Yangibana Rare Earths and Niobium Project, while\ndeveloping downstream processing facilities for battery materials.
