The Lac Otelnuk Iron Ore Project is located approximately\n165 km by air northwest of the village of Schefferville, and 1200 km\nnortheast of Montreal by air. Given the size and scope of the Lac\nOtelnuk Project, management of MQM are working with a Toronto-based\nengineering Company familiar with the project to create a go-forward\ndevelopment plan. The Quebec government has recently transferred the\nclaims into MQM’s name and management is accumulating a vast amount\nof technical data as approximately $150 million has been expended on\nthe project to date. Going forward, one of our primary objectives will\nbe to work with Wasayao Strategy Group, a Quebec-based First Nations\nconsulting firm, that will work with MQM to secure a Memorandum of\nUnderstanding (MOU) with local First Nations and other stakeholders.\nManagement is continuing to develop its in-house Iron ore database to\nenable the Company to secure an Option/Joint Venture partner from the\nIron ore industry.\n \n \n \n Proposed Rail Corridor Routing\nMethodology\n \n \n \n Watts Griffis & McOuat’s (WGM) study, commissioned by MQM, has\nbeen based on topography and physical access only. There exists\nextensive engineering, environmental, community consultation, and\npermitting required to plan and build a rail line which is beyond the\nscope of the study. WGM’s work has been designed to be used\nprimarily to promote Lac Otelnuk, consult with stakeholders in the\nrail lines, and seek to get rail access to support Lac Otelnuk. If\nsuccessful, rail engineering and logistics experts will need to\nundertake the necessary planning and studies.\n \n \n WGM has attempted to follow the local to...
