(TSX.V: MQM; OTCQB:\nMQMIF) (“MQM” or the “Company”) further\nto the Company’s news release of February 3, 2026, MQM is pleased to\nannounce that it has completed\nits technical due diligence review of the\nWest Cameron Gold\nProject (the “Project”) located in the\nKenora Mining District of northwestern Ontario. Following completion\nof the review, the Company has provided formal notice to proceed under the previously announced\noption agreement with Gallik Explorations Inc.\n(“Gallik”), a wholly owned company of Mr. Troy Gallik, to acquire\na 100% interest in the\nProject.\n\n\n \n\n\nChairman and CEO Harry Barr\nstated, “Completing due diligence and proceeding with the West Cameron Gold\nProject marks an important step as MetalQuest adds a new gold\nexploration division. The Kenora Mining District\nremains an underexplored but prospective region, and West Cameron\ngives us an opportunity to advance a structurally favorable project\nwith good access and infrastructure. Our focus will be on disciplined\nexploration aimed at building long-term value for our\nshareholders.”\n\n\n \n\n\nThe Company will host an open house\non April 11, 2026, at its newly established Kenora, Ontario field\noperations office and core facility (Figure 1).
