("ELN" and the\n"Company") (TSX.V: ELN; Frankfurt: E7Q) is pleased to announce the drilling\nresults from its Kasala Project (P.R. 5214) in the Democratic Republic of\nCongo ("DRC"). These results confirm the presence of significant\nmineralization within the Kasala Main Zone with the potential for expansion\nbased on our recently completed Induced Polarization ("IP") Survey. The\nCompany has a 70 percent interest in this project with an option to earn up to\n90 percent on terms to be negotiated and the Company holds title to this\nproperty through one of its Congolese subsidiaries.\n\n\nThe Company completed 56 Reverse Circulation ("RC") drill holes (totaling\n5883 metres) and 20 Diamond Drill ("DD") drill holes (totaling 3583.6 metres)\nacross the P.R. 5214 permit. Of these holes, 35 RC holes (totaling 3336\nmetres) and 15 DD holes (totaling 2458.6 metres) were completed within the\nKasala Main Zone area (Figure 1).\n\n\nAllan Lines, exploration manager for El Nino Ventures Inc., reports that\n"with the latest assay results we have confirmed that copper mineralization in\nthe Kasala area has a minimum strike length of approximately 800 metres and a\nwidth of approximately 250 metres. Intersections in some of the drill holes\ncompleted in 2008 indicate thicknesses of as much as 91 metres. The Kasala\nMain Zone is still open in all directions and at depth.\n\n\nThe copper mineralization at Kasala is hosted in a series of pervasively\nfractured (due to the intersection of two, and possibly three, faults)\ndolomitic shales and breccias of the Mwashya Group. The Mwashya is the\nupper-most unit of the Roan Supergroup which hosts the majority of large\ncopper and cobalt deposits in the Congolese Copper Belt.\n\n\nFigure 1. - Kasala ...
