Metalore Resources Limited Reports Results of its Shareholder Meeting
Simcoe, Ontario (FSCwire) - Metalore Resources Limited (“Metalore” or the “Company”) (MET/TSX) is pleased to announce the voting results at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held in Port Dover, Ontario, on September 24, 2016.
REPORT OF VOTING RESULTS
In accordance with Section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations, the voting results on the matters submitted to the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders (the “Meeting”) of Metalore Resources Limited (the “Company”) held on September 24, 2016, are provided in the table below.
A total of 1,075,052 common shares were represented in person or by proxy at the Meeting, representing 60.57% of the 1,775,035 common shares issued and outstanding on August 19, 2016, the record date for the Meeting. Each of the matters summarized below is described in greater detail in the Issuer’s Management Information Circular dated August 5, 2016 are as follows:
