The Company's phone number has changed to (604) 569-1236 and the new fax number is (604) 569-1257.

Also, the Company advises it will be late in filing its annual consolidated financial statements and the accompanying Management's Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for its fiscal year ended December 31st, 2011. The Financial Statements and MD&A filing deadline is today, April 30, 2012. The Company is working diligently with its auditors, Davidson & Company, on outstanding issues and will provide updates regarding the completion of the audit as progress is made. The Company endeavors to complete the audit and file the documents as soon as possible.
