[{"type":"text","content":"\nColtstar Announces Second Partial Closing of Private Placement of 1,371,429 Units\n\n\n Jun. 18, 2010 (Filing Services Canada) -- Coltstar Ventures Inc.  (CTR - TSX Venture), announces that it has finalized the closing of the second tranche of its private placement (the \"Offering\") of 1,371,429 units (the \"Units\") at a price of $0.35 per Unit for gross proceeds of Cdn $480,000.  The Offering was previously announced by the Company on June 1, 2010.  Each Unit consists of one common share and one quarter of one common share purchase warrant (the \"Warrants\").  Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company for one year from June 18, 2010, at a price of $0.50 per share.  The common shares issued under the Offering and upon exercise of the Warrants are subject to a four-month hold period expiring on October 19, 2010.  The Company expects to close the remaining offering totalling the full 3 million units by the middle of next week.
