(TSX-Venture: KAM) closed up $0.055 at $0.18\nor 44% on the acquisition announcement. \nBayswater Uranium Corp.: announced that it has completed\nthe sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Tuscany Minerals s.r.l., to Coltstar\nVentures Inc., a Tier 2 Mining Issuer listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. The\nCompany sold Tuscany for 1,000,000 common shares of Coltstar and $50,000 in\ncash and promissory notes for $200,000 to be paid over 12 months.\nBayswater Uranium Corp. (TSX-Venture: BAY) closed up $0.045\nat $0.24 or 23%, while Coltstar Ventures Inc.
