Philippe served as Executive Chairman during the integration stage and then pursued other complementary deals (such as investments in 3D Technology). Previously, he was a Principal at Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst, Inc., where he led deals in the media and microelectronics industries investing over $500M of equity. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer at Eurotax Glass International AG and Executive Chairman of Heitmann International. Philippe has also worked at both E.M.
