[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\nAppoints Randal Rudniski Interim Chief Financial Officer\n\n\nTORONTO, Nov. 1, 2013 /CNW/ - Mood Media Corporation announced that its\n Chief Financial Officer, Ben Gujral, is leaving the Company to pursue\n other opportunities, effective November 15, 2013.  Randal Rudniski has\n been appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer, and will provide\n leadership continuity as Mood Media executes its strategy to drive\n growth, enhance earnings and deliver operational efficiencies.\n\n\nSteve Richards, CEO of Mood Media stated, \"I thank Ben for his service\n and dedication to Mood Media and wish him all the best in his future\n endeavors.  At the same time, I welcome Randal to his additional\n responsibilities and look forward to his continued contributions. Over\n the next 90 days, I will be working closely with the Board to complete\n the build out of the Mood leadership team and clearly define the\n responsibilities and goals of all key leaders.  As we strengthen our\n global organization, we are implementing an internal scorecard\n initiative that will increase our ability to achieve corporate goals.\n This scorecard process will include performance metrics that will allow\n us to objectively measure individual, team and company-wide progress\n and execution.  We are committed to enhancing Mood's operational\n capabilities, and are driving process improvements that we believe will\n allow us to create additional value for all Mood stakeholders.\" \n\n\nRandal Rudniski currently serves as Mood Media's Executive Vice\n President, Investor Relations and Corporate Development, a role he has\n held since September 2012. Over the past 12 months, Mr. Rudniski has\n worked closely with Mr. Gujral and the Mood Media financial team, and\n the Company is confident that he will be able to provide seamless\n leadership continuity for the Mood Media financial team.
