(collectively, Mood Entertainment\"), to\n Somerset Group, Ltd.\n\n\nMood Entertainment is a producer and distributor of specialty music and\n DVDs sold to leading retailers and distributors through interactive\n displays throughout the United States and Canada.\n\n\nSomerset Group, Ltd. is a subsidiary of Allegro Corporation, dba Allegro\n Media Group, Allegro Corporation is one of the premier independent\n media companies in North America with a leading catalog of music and\n video titles across a broad range of genres.\n\n\nThe Transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including\n the receipt of regulatory approvals.
