February 7, 2014, Here To Serve Holding Corp., (OTC Markets: HTSC), a holding company with a solid waste management division as well as a Software as a Service (SaaS) division, today announces it has officially launched its corporate website at www.htshc.com.  The new website focuses on the Company's strategy to invest and acquire businesses in the solid waste industry.  In addition, the website outlines its strategy to bring products to market, as well as investments and acquisitions of products in the technology industry. 

The website will be a place for investors to learn about the corporate efforts of Here To Serve.  Interested parties will be able to see stock information, Facebook and Twitter feeds and find contact information for the organization and its subsidiaries.   ?Initially the website will only speak generally of our efforts and initiatives, however, as certain companies and/or products are acquired, the website will be a venue for shareholders to not only learn more about Here To Serve but also the companies and products that Here To Serve owns,? said Jeff Cosman, CEO of Here To Serve.

In other news, Here To Serve also announces that on February 6, 2014 it has filed the necessary documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission to withdraw its Registration Statement on Form 10 that was originally filed on December 13, 2013. No securities were sold in conjunction with this registration. We intend to re-file the Form 10 registration on the earliest practical date.

On April 2, 2013, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission issued guidance permitting companies to use social media sites including Facebook Inc.
