ALPHARETTA, GA ? Here To Serve Holding Corp., (OTC Markets: HTSC), a diversified holding company, announced yesterday that its wholly owned subsidiary, Here To Serve ? Missouri Waste Division, LLC   has closed on the previously announced acquisition of nearly all of the assets and operations of its initial waste management company in the St. Louis, MO area.

HTSC is now pleased to inform its shareholders that the auditing process has begun as the company seeks to up-list its securities to a major exchange.  HTSC is also pleased to announce its new corporate address as 12540 Broadwell Road, Suite 1202, Milton GA 30004.

HTSC looks forward to continuous updates to its valued shareholders and the investment community as well as the waste management and environmental community.

In 2014, we expect as a consolidated company, Here To Serve Holding Corp will have revenues of over $12 million on an annualized basis; with over $3 million in EBITDA annualized.
