Meridian has extended the drilling contract by a minimum\n \n 15,000m\n \n , to expand on the successful 1\n \n st\n \n phase of drilling at Cabaçal. The ongoing fully-financed\n \n 1\n \n drill program will target high-grade copper (\"Cu\") – gold (\"Au\") and silver (\"Ag\") open mineralization following the string of positive results since its inception\n \n 2\n \n , particularly the high-grade Cabaçal Northwest Extension, as well as infilling existing zones within the Cabaçal mine environment.
