The Shares were bought on his behalf on 9 April 2019 at 33.8p per share by his ISA.\n· Martin Glanfield, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, became beneficially interested in a further 50,000 Ordinary Shares. The Shares were bought on his behalf on 9 April 2019 at 34.4p per share by his SIPP.\n· Julian Viggars, Chief Investment Officer of the Company, became beneficially interested in a further 58,000 Ordinary Shares.
