Direct investment portfolio cash receipts update

Mercia Asset Management PLC (AIM: MERC), the proactive, regionally focused private asset manager with over £2.0billion of assets under management, notes that the Group has received c.£1million of realisation proceeds in the last six months, from three of the Group's former direct investments.

Whilst these receipts are not material individually, collectively they do represent positive cash inflow to Mercia and reflect the Group's focus on realising value from the direct investment portfolio.
