At the EGM a special resolution will be proposed\nto change the name of the Company to Renew Holdings Plc.\n\nThe Board believes that the change of name will assist Montpellier as it carries\nout its new strategy under new Chief Executive Brian May, as described to\nshareholders in the Chairman's and Chief Executive's reports accompanying its\nrecent preliminary results.
