[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n \n5 September 2023\n \nVoyager Life plc\n \n(\"Voyager\" or the \"Company\") \n \nFinal results for the period ended 31 March 2023 and Notice of AGM\n \nVoyager, the health and wellness company supplying high-quality Cannabidiol (CBD), hemp seed oil and hemp-related products, is pleased to provide the Company's audited results for the period ended 31 March 2023.\n \nHighlights include:\n· Revenue of £284,000 (2022: £178,000)\n· Cash of £990k as at 31 March 2023 (including cash held in escrow)\n· Total assets of £1.9 million (2022: £2.3 million) and net assets of £1.1 million (2022: £1.6 million)\n· Four revenue lines (online, own stores, third party stores, private label & white label)\n· Two brands (Voyager and Ascend Skincare)\n· 72 formulated products (one of the broadest CBD ranges in the UK) and, in its own stores, over 400 SKUs (stock-keeping units)\n \nThe Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023 and notice of annual general meeting (\"AGM\") were posted on 4 September 2023 to Voyager's shareholders. The highlight on our own brand was for our pet products to be stocked in Jollyes stores across the UK. Our first contract with a national retailer, the order was delivered and settled after the year end but Jollyes' distributor has already placed and received a second order showing that sell-through has been strong.\n \n\"It is our manufacturing division, VoyagerCann, where we still expect to see the highest rate of growth.
