Appointment of Senior Independent Director
Melrose Industries PLC announced that Alison Goligher, currently an independent Non-executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, will be appointed as Senior Independent Director, effective October 1, 2025. She succeeds David Lis, who will step down from the Senior Independent Director role on the same date after completing nine years on the Board in May 2025 and extending his tenure to aid succession planning. David will continue to serve as a Non-executive Director until the end of the year.
