On April 21st, 2022, the Company\nannounced an option agreement for the Genex Project to earn 100% over\n7 years from International Explorers & Prospectors Inc (\n \n \n see news release dated April 21,\n2022\n \n \n ). The Genex Project is a polymetallic exploration\ntarget with near-term resource potential based on a high density of\nhistorical drilling around the former Genex deposit, which is located\nfrom surface down to 100 metres in depth.
