On April 21st, 2022, the Company announced\nan option agreement for the Genex Project to earn 100% over 7 years\nfrom International Explorers & Prospectors Inc (\n \n see news release dated April 21, 2022\n \n ). From logging, 5 holes out of 9 returned at least one\nmineralized interval over 10 metres hosting\n \n disseminated\nchalcopyrite-pyrite, pyrite-sphalerite and/or pyrite.
